Are Your Items Priced Individually, or Per Pair? All of our products are priced as single units, unless stated otherwise. The reason why we sell our jewellery as single units is because many people only have one ear piercing stretched or, if they have both ears stretched, their piercings are often at different stages, thus requiring different sizes of jewellery in each ear. |
Is It Really Free Delivery in the UK? Yes. We are pleased to offer free delivery to all UK addresses. If you are outside the UK then a £4.95 delivery charge will be applied at the checkout. |

What If I Have Ordered The Wrong Size? Don't worry - we can normally exchange it for you. All of our jewellery is despatched in sealed packaging which is clear so that you can easily examine it. As long as you do not break the seal then you are welcome to return the jewellery to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange - read more about this in our 14 Day No-Quibble Guarantee section. |
